John: We have an election of course and will have folks getting off the court so obviously this presidential election is not just about who is in the white house but who is on the court. Who do you see leaving the court?

Pat: Well I hope the chief doesn't, but there are rumors that he will. O'connor I think has parkinson's disease and she may have had a bout with cancer her husband wants to get out of washington. That will probably come off. Stevens is 83 and he should have gone ten years ago and i hope he comes off. Ginsburg is a possibility. She hasn't been if terribly good health. So there is a real possibility that he would could have two to three points which could totally shift that court. That's why the liberals are fighting so hard on this election. They are scared to death of what will happen if republicans have the congress, the white house, and the courts.

John: is the Muslim faith inherently violent or hijacked by a small number of extremists?

Pat: John, I had an ex Muslim with me, a man who actually was trained as a suicide bomber in the Palestinians, he speaks fluent Arabic, perfect Arabic, memorized the Koran. He says the most perfect example of Islam is Osama bin Laden and the people over there in Iran. That is pure Islam. And what they have got here in the United States is sort of Islam-light.
