Remember, it was just a few weeks ago that the administration agreed to extend the committee's time. They were pressured to do so. The admin probably could have held onto it until May, but they couldn't hold onto it for three months beyond that.

12. The question is: did they suborn perjury?

After all, if they had the manuscript, had the other document that supposedly impeaches the info in the manuscript (ie: the perjury red herring) and yet didn't bother to inform Clarke that he would be perjuring himself by speaking mendaciously, then they pretty much ALLOWED him to perjury himself. That's equivalent to a police officer allowing a witness to give testimony that the officer knows is false.

Am I right here?
