1. Money, silly !
Being a hippie quack doctor stopped being lucrative and then he noticed that Rush Limbaugh was making a killing just talking for three hours a day.

THey thought he had an interesting radio voice and there you have it !

6. 1994 on KGO
was the first time I heard him he was doing the weekend show 7 to 10
he then moved to KSFO which is also ABC O&O and on the same floor as KGO He claims Bernie Ward pissed in his hat once..
