10. Oh if you like Ginger.....

you'll love Ginger Beer. It's brewed with yeast, like real beer, but instead of malt and hops it's based on Ginger. Mainly non-alcoholic, but if you add rum to it, mmmmmmmmm (it's also good on it's own :-) )

It's very easy to brew at home, we used to do it as kids because soft drinks were a bit expensive for our family. Google ginger beer recipe and you'll get heaps of tips.

Also, I presume you have home brew beer supplies in the US. Those shops normally sell a ginger beer variant that you just need to add water to and brew.
