Evidence & Testimony first, then Impeachment
Most of the Dems in Congress are too scared at the moment to use the "I" word. And quite frankly, Dubya's numbers need to come down to about the 50% mark before anything could really happen.

Gotta look at the political landscape.

While WE at DU know the high crimes of this administration are out there, there needs to be some testimony, under oath, establishing these crimes to lead to impeachment in this political climate.

JMO.
