Why is PNAC the third rail of the 9/11 commission?

It's clear that they know all about it from the nature of the questioning, but not a one of them that I know of has broken ranks asked about it. What's with that?

1. I don't know except to continue to keep the average

person out there uninformed. Unfortunately, the PNAC line of thinking has its adherents on both sides of the aisle.

They would be acknowledging that there was a conspiracy involved in getting us into Iraq. Iraq wasn't really an imminent threat and the powers that be knew it. If they open up that can of worms they'll have to say that the Shrub administration used the tragedies of 9/11 to further their quest of world dominance.

I'm guessing. I haven't watched the questioning. They truly have the power to bring this adminstration to its knees. That could have some consequences that they are not willing to risk.

would somehow mean the end of civilization as we know it . . . when, in fact, the opposite is true . . . NOT embarrassing the president, and letting him get away with all of the lies, deceptions, and outright illegality, is where the danger lies . . . wake up, you idiots! . . .
