Carter and Decency
Isnt it strange that president Carter, who tries to be a christian in the true sense of the word, was mocked and criticized by the so called freeper christians? Whats the first thing Reagan and Bush senior do after their terms? Reagan ran off to japan to collect a million dollar fee for a "speech"; in reality nothing more than a payback for his protection of the japanese auto industry. Senior ran off to increase his already obscene wealth with the carlyle group, spreading death and destruction.
Carter is out in the boondocks, hammer in hand, helping people to build their own hoomes.

1. I agree. I never did understand why the Pubs hate Carter
I still think he was the most honest President we ever had, and surely the best humanitarian as an ex-pres. I find it offfensive that all the Pugs in Georgia (yea I live here now) hate him too. They even beat him up for winning the Nobel.

The only reason I can think of is that they are just soooo partisan they can't see outside their party pit!

3. Well...
The part you said about Carter being a humanitarian is probably why the pukes hated him.

On another note, I stopped going to church and in many ways, being a christian because of these assholes. It irritates me that Carter, who is the true definition of what a Christian should be, gets denegrated by the so-called leaders in that religion, but Reagen, Bush I and especially Bush II are so revered. THey ain't done nothing right with America, nor did they ever help anybody in their lives. Carter, on the other hand was far better, at least as a humanitarian than those dickheads.

4. They hate him because he's honest, something they can't be
and still call themselves conservatives and Republicans.
