Barney Frank transcript--big government, need more

First off, I'm looking for a transcript of a Barney Frank speech about big government---we need more...
It was first brought to my attention in a David Broder column....
I wrote to Broder requesting the transcript of the speech, no reply...
Broders headline, Barney Frank----One Bold Thinker Among Democrats..

From what I gather from the Broder column, we need bigger government, and more of it according to Frank----more of the FDR (New Deal) era...

I'm in complete agreement---more government, national health care, repair the infrastructure---etc.. decent jobs, instead of flipping hamburgers.......commments????

I think that infrastructure repair will start an economic recovery. The government has got to invest in its people, before they're all reduced to poverty, except, of course, the 1% at the top. Question is, how long will that take, and can we afford it with the cash cow that Iraq has become? President Kerry has a world of problems waiting for him. You'd think the American people outside of DU would wake up and smell the roses. It's always the democrats who have to rescue this country from the consequences of pug rule.

Edited to add: JFK will also have to deal with the expense and cost in lives of putting out all of the military fires that * & Co. have started. He will certainly need botox after the first four years.
