I could only watch bits pieces of the insipid chimp's latest televised drooling and snarling.

it was so utterly flat, lifeless. of course, the insipid chimp was very impressed with himself.

but, all I heard were the same recycled lies.

and, hopefully, in the democratic discussions that followed, the shameless Iraq/*War on Terra* linkage was discussed.

I hope the speech utterly fails him.

Baghdad is burning again (or, is that still burning).

nothing changes that fact that there has been much more terrorist activity, much more death since the insipid chimp launched his phony 'war'

1. The splits screens of this are devestating - hope someone has them

Apparently on Wednesday while Cheney was speaking CNN had a split screen of him on one side say how much better we are now and on the other side was shots of the explosion at the hotel. Good grief.

Really. It is the one year anniversary of our invasion. Maybe the governing council is just having a good ol' "Merican" fireworks display in honor of Iraq's one year of "freedom." (Sarcasm)

3. I watched it online and it was boooooooooring

I guess Rove's focus groups told him to have W look as somber as possible and try to look respectful to all the ambassadors and such in the room. I just don't see this week being what they thought it would be. Good they were wrong and EVERY argument I have heard opposing the occupation has come to fruition, save for all out civil war............yet.
