The Spaniards ousted the Anzar government because of lack of credibility - they tried to blame the Basque Separtists when it was Al Qeada.

We were attacked on 9-11 and shrub went after Iraq, when there were no Iraqis involved.

Here, domestically, we cannot trust any numbers that come out of the administration whether it is cost of Medicare, naming bills like No Child Left Behind, Healthy Forests, and Clear skies by skewing numbers, like eliminating Carbon Dioxide as a pollutant.

Now they've taken Love Canal off the super fund clean up list, well they also told NYers it was safe to go back near Ground Zero, when it wasn't.

This is one of our strongest weapons in the fight against President Bush; is the growing sense that he has not been honest with the American people--we've known about his deceptinos for a while now, but the knowledge is spilling over into the general public--we just need to keep hammering at it, while also explaining that there is an alternative.

That's key--one response to the knowledge that the Bush Administration has decieved the American people is a big "Who Cares? All politicians lie." We have to provide a valid alternative.
