"For all who love freedom and peace, the world without Saddam Hussein's regime is a better and safer place."

Well, Saddam's gone. That much is true. But does Spain think the world is a safer place?

You don't hear Republicans trying to assert that the "world is safer" anymore do you? That went the way of the Mars mission.
