If Kerry makes clear that the Iraq war IS NOT a "war on terror"...

I've posted this idea before. I don't know why nobody's saying this.

The ONLY area where Bush polls ahead of Kerry is "terror." Why? Because people are gulled into believing that invading Iraq was a "response" to 9/11.

It's an easy point to dispute. You can even quote Condoleeza, Rumsfeld and Bush who all denied the connection verbally in one day last year.

"As President, I will fight the REAL terrorists rather than distracting the country with a misbegotten crusade in Iraq."

I've given up on the idea that any elected official will spill the truth about the Saudi Royal Family, the bin Ladens, the Caspian Sea pipeline, the Chalabi deals, etc. Nobody (not even Howard Dean) seems to have the guts to explain what's really going on in the Middle East.

But debunking the myth of "Iraq = Terrorism" is a good place to start. And it would deprive Bush of ALL his ammunition viz. "Some people don't want us to fight terror."

on combatting terrorism from Kerry.

it would point out, item by item, how the insipid chimp is NOT fighting terrorism but rather inflaming it.

it would point out, item by item, that international cooperation, NOT cowboy swaggering is the answer.

it would point out, item by item, the international terrorism has INCREASED since the insipid chimp's phony 'war on terra' began
