I told him that I have never listened to him over the years because I found him offensive to women, but that I appreciate what he's doing now by telling the truth about GWB. And that I will support him 100% in his endeavor to get shrub out of the WH.

... today. Calling Bush* on that stupid smirk, saying he didn't even win the popular vote but govens like he has a mandate, saying the right wing is trying to bring back McCarthyism, dissing O'Really, the whole nine yards.

Before speaking today he ran a montage of congressional speeches and protest songs and interview clips. It was great.

8. I'm Glad He's Making That Particular Point

About not having a mandate. It's a particular peeve of mine that so many people fail to realize that most people voted against him and his policies and cultural views, and yet, even before 9/11, he acted as if he won in a landslide. I've been making the point since day one and people are always like "oh, yeah, that's true, I NEVER thought of that!"

The senate is going to vote in a few days in all liklihood to effectivly force him off the radio because our party is so shamelessly cowardly.
