9/11 Families NOT Connected to Heinz Foundation
Someone might have already mentioned this, but since I did not see any other posts about it I started this one. It has been revealed that the rumors that the 9/11 families that opposed Bush's use of 9/11 footage were financed by the Heinz Family Foundation were false. There are at least three ways that you can find information about this.

1) You can go to the website www.opednews.com/duncan031004_limbaugh.hem

2) You can go to www.buzzflash.com and click on the article titled "A Not so Mighty Wind: Limbaugh Blows It Once Again.

3) You can go to www.whiterosesociety.org and listen to the second half of Thom Hartman's talk show. He mentions letters Limbaugh written to Limbaugh by the two women whose voices Limbaugh used of 9/11.

I suggest you make sure you go to the first website the commentary gives a lot of information about how Limbaugh misled his listeners on the subject.

2. How's the Kid
I'm sorry you have a child in Iraq. How is he/she doing? What branch is he/she in? Does he/she like the military?

Edited on Fri Mar-12-04 12:56 AM by Mari333
he hates the military, but he decided to go at the last minute despite all our begging him not to go. Still thinks he will come back and land a job in the states if he serves in Iraq...hes living in a dream world.
I wish he would break his leg or something, so they would send him back. Every day is like a year of waiting. We still have 9 more months til they say he gets back, and the way things are now, it might be longer.
Just wish the packages I sent him would f*cking get there.
thank you. I have to believe he will come back okay , anything else is unthinkable.
(hes an army reservist, 21 yrs old...a kid)

3. I Listened to Rush Today
It was great! They are squirming and squealing like pigs and I enjoy every minute of it. Today, Rush went back to the Teresa Heinz stuff again, as well as the Kerry "lying crooks" comment.

I laughed the whole time. People will make up their own minds about the 9/11 images. "Ditto" for Kerry's comments, which I thought were right on the money.

These Limbaugh types are only preaching to the choir these days. For three+ years. they have tried to make a saint out of GW Shrub, and a lot of people just ain't buyin it any more. Life is good!

6. While you're at it, visit the Peaceful Tomorrows site as well.
They are at www.peacefultomorrows.org

Go to Frequently Asked Questions.

FYI, the two widows mentioned in this situation are NOT members of Peaceful Tomorrows. They are with the Family Steering Committee. You can reach their site thru Peaceful Tomorrows on the LINKS page.
