Bush contributors sleepover in Lincoln Bedroom !

Remember the stink during the Clinton years from the Republican hypocrites? How many have made even a pip about this? Notice also, how the the article says that they were "White House" sleepovers? Are we to assume they didn't sleep in the Lincoln Bedroom, but perhaps downstairs on the floor - by the Christmas tree, in a sleeping bag?

It would be nice to know how much Bush sleepovers contributed in the last 3 years as compared to the first three years of the Clinton terms?

2. You'll never hear a peep outta the media on this one
considering they haven't even mentioned (except positively) the extensive fundraising Bush has been doing, when they ceaselessly criticized Clinton for doing not even half what Bush has managed.

7. This went up on the AP Wire last night
Last time I checked the AP Wire was a major media source of news?

Now the cable news media is another story. They're still looking for Janet's nipple shield.

3. On our local news site
there's a list and where they slept.
www.wral.com.

Yet another example of their disgusting hypocrisy! I'm surprised the media has been picking up this stuff lately, they never did before...yay!

4. Actually it sounds like he's sold the White House
and Camp David to his contributors - he has no need for them - he has his pig farm. We better be checking the title on our property.

Bush is a hog Farmer from Connecticut via Crawford TX and he's brought his expertise to the WH.

Each special interest Corporate little piggie is getting everything it needs to be fat and happy.

6. Yes, it would be nice
to see an analysis of how much money these people contributed, but then again, that would require the lapdog media to actually do their jobs. Perish the thought!

I also would be interested to know how many fund-raising trips he has taken and how much was written off on the taxpayers' dime.

9. I wonder how many of these friends came for sleep overs
Edited on Wed Mar-10-04 09:07 AM by DoYouEverWonder
when the Boy King wasn't even home?

According to the AP reports the Bu$h had 270 guests at the WH and 270 guests at Camp David since 2001. I don't know how they get at these numbers but I would be willing to bet that many of these good family friends and relatives are sleeping over when W isn't even home. We know 41 and Babs were sleeping over on the night on 9-10-01 and W was in Florida. Who else comes to spend quality time with their friend, who isn't even there half the time?

Bush Fund-Raisers Among Overnight Guests

In all, Bush and first lady Laura Bush have invited at least 270 people to stay at the White House and at least the same number to overnight at the Camp David retreat since moving to Washington in January 2001, according to lists the White House provided The Associated Press.

10. Just wait till
the outrageous pardons when chimpy gives free get outta jail free cards to every corporate criminal possible. Then compare it to the "outcry" over the Rich pardon. The double standard is so blatant it is almost unbelievable. Wonder if they'll dare trot out the bringing "honor and integrity" and "grownups" in the WH bullshit again, betcha they won't.
