4. I don't think people are going to let the neocons have their way

I just can't see us all just laying down like a bunch of defeated lap dogs. We will die but we will die fighting for the future of our kids and grand kids. You see those who join in the fight never get to enjoy the fruits of winning. Usually they must risk all so that those who come after them have a better time. That was true in the civil rights era. If the early black leaders and their followers weren't willing to risk it all there would never have been any civil rights act.

The future will call for all of us to join in a civil rights fight on a level far larger than the fight in the 50's and 60's. Some of us will die and some will be imprisoned but they won't be able to kill all of us and ultimately we will prevail.

Of course we could elect a Dem government and prevent all of this from happening.
