While touchscreen ballot images can be printed, there is no need and elections supervisors aren't authorized to do so, Division of Elections Director Ed Kast wrote in a letter to Pasco County Supervisor of Elections Kurt Browning.

They are not authorized to do print-offs even though they can. How sad.

I encourage people to write him and say so. He covers topics in depth that almost no one else (CBS, NBC, ABC) will touch, or if they do, then he was the first. If you think he didn't go deeply enough, send him links to some of your sources but don't slam him. He's on the right track -- in fact, he's talked up this topic more than once in the past week.
