"Trickle-Across" Economics
Bush gives tax cuts to the wealthy and corporations. I know an accountant who said that was OK, because the wealthy and corporations would use the money to create jobs.

Wrong.

They used the money to create jobs all right -- in Mexico, China, and India. That accountant's job is probably headed to India.

The last shred of reasoning behind Bush's tax cuts has now vanished in a cloud of outsourcing betrayal. The "job creators" got their tax cut, and we now see what they did with it.

1. Well, that isn't all they did with it, to be fair
I think it is safe to say that many people who recieved a ton of money from the tax cuts gave $2,000 to the Bush campaign, who knows how much to other conservative groups, and used a good deal of the rest to buy up the stock market for pennies on the dollar.
