I have encountered my first on-line add for the republicans

I felt obliged to click on it and will do so whenever I encounter it. Nothing wrong with doing that and it costs the GOP and bush money.

The ad is already paid for and you are just giving them traffic.

You are actually helping them.

3. Actually most banner adds

Are charged by the click. So the more people that click on the add the more they are charged. Plus the traffic they get just uses up bandwidth and is not helpful to them.
