CNN totally covered up the Bush-link to Stern's troubles...pissed me off
I just got done watching Dobb's show...John King was filling in for him.
They did a bit about the government taking on the "shock jocks"...they then threw some Stern quotes up on the screen, from today's show.

The harshest Stern quote they used was one where he predicted we would be a totally religiously dominated society in twenty years. They did not use a single reference to Bush, DESPITE the fact that Howard has been singling out the unelected moron and his adminstration for weeks now....no mention of a link between Clear Channel and Shrub!

CNN...the media...they are scared to death of the Bushies and the truth...

The depths of my hatred for them continues to grow...

1. CNN is covering up ...
... same show, "Exporting Jobs" segment: Electolux is moving to Mexico to save $81 million. More than 2,700 people will lose their jobs. They told that employees offered $32 million in wage concessions. They failed to mention state and local "incentives" ...

"Despite an offer of what amounted to $182.6 million in tax credits, union concessions and a new building, Electrolux said it would move most of the work to a new $150-million plant in Mexico."

4. Exact same thing here on smaller basis....

Bombardier Aircraft in Wichita. Job concessions given, local tax breaks and other incentives given.

So what happened? about three weeks after the ink was dry on the concessions they started laying off more people, this was a couple of years ago. It still continues with another 150+ going out the door sometime in April.

Its all bullshit, these coroporations want concessions and tax breaks but won't guarantee anything to anyone. They get the concessions and continue kicking people out the door.

I just wonder around here when ONE fucking City Commissioner will have the GUTS to demand something in writing or a reversal of tax breaks and incentives if they continue laying off or continue out sourcing.

3. I got yer fucking INDECENCY right here!
And it's called Whoring For bu$h At Every Opportunity. The FCC WILLINGLY lets "shock jocks" prosper for twenty goddamn years or more. Suddenly, in an election year, it decides to crack down on "indecency" while deliberately blind to the Five Networks acting as propaganda machines for the Regime.

Give me Howard Stern and investigate the shills who HELPED bu$h lie this country into a War For Profit. Among other things.

A SHITLOAD of other things.

5. actually, the FCC had no problem with Stern,
he said so himself. It was Clear Channel that fired him. I'm no fan of Stern, he is a disgusting pervert who uses retarded and homeless people for entertainment and I say, good riddance!!

9. Hello???
And WHY would Clear Channel have suspended Stern, who was making them buckets of money, unless they were taking heat from the FCC?

11. Then you have no problem with facism because that's where we're
headed. Clear Channel has axed many anti-Bush DJs........and don't forget the Dixie Chix CD smashing parties! Wow! Those were a hoot! It's great to see a company sponsor 21st Century book burnings!

Knowledge is the enemy of faith. The Religious Right wants a theocracy and the Bush gang will help them however they can to institute it. Not taking the Religious Right seriously is done at our own peril because they mean every word they say.

7. WHAT DBT SAID
YES INDEED. Want to hear true indecency? Listen to five minutes of Michael Savage and his hate-mongering. Unbelievably sickening.

6. Refused To Air The Enter Vote Kerry/Nazi Line
The other day one of the newscasts had that Texas hack congressmoron who said a vote for Kerry would be like a vote for Bin Laden...or a vote for Hitler during WWII.

CNN ran just the first part...about bin Laden and avoided the Nazi reference. WTF is that? I found that part far more offensive...especially from a bigotted RW DeLay monkey than any slam that has ever been thrown at Chimpster.
