But Don't Worry ... I Made Your Horn Louder
ask the republicans you know the following question:

do you think bush will spend more time making biased ads about his role in 9/11 or more time testifying before the 9/11 commission that he appointed so that the american people can learn the truth about 9/11 ??

bush has refused to cooperate with this commission (ask the republicans you know why they think this is) and has repeatedly been threatened by the republican chairman of the commission with subpoenas ... bush has stated that he will only spend one hour, one damned hour "chatting with" the two top people on the commission ...

and regarding the Iraq commission, guess what, still no cooperation ... bush does not want the Iraq commission to report its findings until after the election ... is it just possible he wants to be able to say anything he wants in his campaign ads about Iraq without having the commission's report available to contradict him ???

in the following article, Democratic Congresswoman Jane Harman got off a great line about bush's postponing the Iraq commission's report until 2005 ...

A decision to postpone the deadline for any review until next year "will not make us safer," Ms. Harman said, adding: "That is like the auto mechanic who says, 'I'm sorry I can't fix your brakes this week, but don't worry because I made your horn louder."
