A co-worker just told me Gov. Rick Perry (R-Tx) announced...
1) that he and his wife are getting divorced
2) that he will not run for re-election

Anyone else hear this?

If it is true, it looks like all those rumors were true.

1. I think he just announced that the rumors were false,

and that he and the little missus would be staying together. Don't know about running for re-election.

3. ROTFLMAO!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is great!!!! Guess they'll change the Gov's into music from "Yellow Rose of Texas" to "It's Rainin' Men"

Better yet, all you DU Texans, just call your favorite retro radio stations and request dedications of "It's Rainin Men" to Gov Perry.

Sorry, I'm just feeling really nasty today!!

5. Uhhhh...today's newpaper stated the opposite to point 1.
Edited on Fri Mar-05-04 02:20 PM by GOPisEvil
As to point 2, I don't think he's stated one way or the other. The election is not until 2006.
