is put clips of all the republicans claiming the democrats were politicizing 9/11, then show a clip of bush's ad.

Use the "when this country needed leadership" part and intersperse it with 10 cuts of various news anchors using the phrase "at an undisclosed location" regarding both Bush & Cheney.
