You know. The ones with him landing on the aircraft carrier and standing in front of the Mission Accomplished sign? Bet there was a real shit-load of them too.

1. It wouldn't bother him, would it?
He's accustomed to wasting other people's money, no?

(And there are probably hours of them, with waving-flag backgrounds, slo-mo chimp strolls and stirring patriotic music!)

3. They don't have to throw those ads out
They can sell them to people like Rush Limbaugh and Sean Hannity so they can watch it over and over again. They probably jerk off to shit like that.

2. He doesn't care...it's YOUR money
As Bill Maher pointed out on Larry King, Bush doesn't just have $150,000,000 war chest...he has trillions, the ENTIRE resources of the country at his disposal, and he is such a shameless piece of crap, he will further raid the treasury for his personal campiagning.

4. Why throw them away?
Go ahead and use them. Oh, yes, PLEEEEEEEEEEEEEZE use them!

Barring that, they could sell them to the DNC. With a little judicious editing here and there, I'm sure they could put them to good use. Or package them as a three-fer with Hannity's and Colter's latest books (49 cents for all three, plus P&H) and mail them in a plain brown wrapper. Or give them to large contributors so they could "enjoy" them in the privacy of their mansions. Or sell them to businesses that specialize in "male enhancement products" as sales aids ("Tired of being Hung Like a Hamster? NOW, you can be HUNG LIKE DUBYA!"). Or sign them over to theater chains to be used as not-so-humorous short subjects between showings of "Debbie Does Dallas."

So many opportunities to make boosh* look like the simpering wimp he is; so little time...

5. He will still use them.. They are for his "base"
Edited on Thu Mar-04-04 09:27 AM by SoCalDem
They will "contrast" them to the "hippie" version of John Kerry.. and then there is the "clean-cut" young Georgie vs "hippie" Kerry..

The man is ruthless and unprincipled..

The whole underlying theme of his campaign is "It ain't MY fault".. That's the theme of his whole LIFE...:(
