7. He's just scary anytime!
But, I fear what he will do when he loses! Just before the election, if he is doing poorly, I expect he will "allow" another terrorist attack and bring Binny boy out of his hole. But, if he loses the election, think of the trouble he could get us into between November 2 until January! :scared:

29. How can he "allow" another terra attack?
He is already saying that Kerry will raise taxes and be "soft on terra ism." :wow: If he allows America to be attacked again, wouldn't he b perceived as the one who is "soft on terra ism?"

35. Thinking people would see it that way, but
most people don't think with logic, and they respond to the fear. Remember after 911, how everyone was saying "take my rights, what good are they if I am dead....keep me safe"!

He would use the fear to say "See, I was right, we need tougher laws, even those we have could not keep us safe! The war is never ending and you are just going to have to trust us....as soon as we win, we can all go back to the freedoms we so love, the ones they hate us for"! I am sure others can come up with much better words for him....

Yes, it may be just the "fear part of my brain firing". I hope so!

19. Unless BBV is what some think.
Then all he need do is appear confident at all times: during polls that make no sense, debates that sound canned, commercials that show bad acts...

Like the Richard Pryor character that insists that his wife is not seeing another woman in bed with him. Just look confident.

Let the machines do the dirty work, then purge themselves of the programming used to do it, overwritting the steal program after the day is done and depending on the law to keep anyone from looking inside, except for partisan Republican programmers.

30. You overestimate Rove.
If Rove was half the evil genius you give him credit for, Kerry would already be in trouble. The last few weeks have brought us eldless gaffes from the White House; the most recent being the furor over usin 9-11 in their campaign ads. They are severly out of touch with reality.

Kerry and all of us just need to keep talking about reality and their fantasy world will continue to implode. e.g. Shrub tried to say last night that Kerry wants to raise taxes for "pet projects." All we have to say is "Yeah, his pet project is DEFICIT REDUCTION."

They lose every time they talk, as long as we have the right rebuttal.

32. He's in big trouble sure
but never "misunderestimate" how low the Republican/Corporate party will sink, how many lies they will spread or what cynical manipulations of public policy they will use. This election will be close and we will have to fight right up until the last poll closes on Election Day, but I do believe we will prevail at the end of a long hard struggle.

34. Overexposure will eat the chimp alive
We live in a day of market saturation. Marketting tactics work along the lines that there is no such thing as oversaturation of a market. The idea being that the consumer cycle will continue through the saturation phase. Though oversaturation may cause the trend to come to a premature end it will have driven the public into a frenzy wherein the bulk of profits will be made.

The problem with using economic marketting tactics to sell a president is that the "sale" is a one time deal. Oversaturation prior to the actual election will drive people away from the chimp. Like Muzak, it was once a draw but its over use has turned it into a repelent, Chimpy's sales drive will overwhelm the public's tolerance. They will vote for a small bucket of fish over the Chimp in the end.

They are using the same stale, old, already oversaturated selling points: He's a liberal, he's a waffler...Blah blah blah...We've heard it all before...So they are already starting behind in the game of oversaturation...

38. I Said Something Similar A Little While Back
I deduced that the reason why they keep using the "Bush Bashing" and "Democratic Hate" mantras is because it's all they have! The only way to get his popularity up is to make him look like a victim.

They have no positive issues on which to run, so he has to look like "Poor Li'l Georgie". The whole act is a bit of desperation, and i think even the RNC would agree with your assessment.
