I saw a short segment earlier today where the analyst (Bob O'Brien, I think his name was) was hemming and hawing on the topic of yesterday's vote incidents and the future of the voting machine industry, and mentioned Diebold without any indication of the controversy. His manner was so hesitant that it was hard to tell what he knows. But he really needs to be informed by someone up to speed on BBV. (And I'm not up to speed.) And CNBC's other anchors probably need to be informed. It would be wrong to recommend purchase of voting industry stocks without explaining the controversies.
1. I think the best way to describe the MNBC morning folks is uninformed.

Sometimes I think they are purposely uninformed so they can say the things they do with out laughing or becoming confused. They gush an simper in a most embarrassing way over trivial things and strive to trivialize important points.
