Rather impressive!

And I do not understand why.

Granted the $15 B just replaces the $14 billion due this June, but how did he move public opinion so fast?

2. It's simple
The people are willing to give him the tools he says he needs to fix the problems he was elected to fix. If it turns out he is full of it, he will (or at least probably will) be turned out at the next opportunity. He is still capitalizing on good will from the recall because he hasn't screwed anything up yet. As long as he continues to not screw anything up he will remain immensely powerful.

3. The ballots had his name on 57 and 58.
So many voters swooned hoping for a grop.

My impression of 57 and 58 is that the culture of debt
that pervades society just expressing it's self at the
state level.

Credit Card Republicanism feels so good today.
