2. What comes to my mind is

how fast the Repugs turn on their spawn when they do not lock step with the party line. I think Rove and friends will be out on a thin branch before long, if they are not already.

3. Rove in all this

Is that he worked all over but gained his fame getting Bush elected in Texas. Texas used to be Dem country but big bidness took hold and really getting Bush elected in Texas Goobernitorial (sic) post was really no accomplishment. On a national scale Rove has proven to be no genius in my opinion.
