Gay marriage: Consider that all the "ills of society" are now WITHOUT

gay marriage. so to those who say that a Consititutional amendment to ban gay marriage because of the threat to our society I say that all the evils of society exist now and we don't have legal gay marriages. All the wars fought and "won" were done so with gay men in the service in both grunt and leadership positions. All this debate is about that the funddies and people in positions of power just don't want to have to acknowledge that gays exist. It weakens their argument that other maligned groups are the source of all the problems facing America. And if the funndies would be honest, they would have to confess that their pulpits and choir lofts are full of God-loving and God-fearing gays. And all that this nation has accomplished it has done so with gays among us in leadership positions and with many great accomplishments from minority groups that are kept in secret and banned from the history books. How can you love the Creator and hate his creations?
