1. From what I understand there is no way to remove a Justice.
That's what really stinks, there is no JUSTICE!!!

2. Yes there is...for misconduct or a crime...
He would qualify under RICO covering Cheney's criminal conduct with the Energy plan.

The Senate has oversight over the courts. Scalia openly said, he wanted a Church run system in this country...that's a theocracy. He's anti-democracy which he swore under oath to obey.

He's a traitor. See my post.

It's in the Constitution.

Seems Republican judges ARE above the law.
