4. Do these advertisers think that Dems don't buy anything???
I can't believe their stupidity--or are they afraid of Freeper backlash? More people are DEMS than Repugs you idiots, that was proven in 2000 even with scrubbed voter lists. Thats what usually stops Liberal radio dead in its tracks,no money from advertisers.

I counted on my AM dial ten stations, one is the token RW screamer station. Gee,I'm going to bet ONE of those nine could be bought for a song and switched to Liberal radio.

The latest poll in Kansas only had Chimp ahead by about 5 points and thats with a 4 point margin of error. Earth to advertisers,LIBERALS do buy products!!

I'm not sitting at the computer 24/7 and neither are most others. We need coast to coast coverage on real airwaves.

14. Blare this station with your windows down and the bass up at intersections
My week sucked until now.

This is such friggin awesome news. The lineup that they are assembling, with Garofalo, Randi Rhodes, Al Franken, etc., is going to actually be entertaining, too, so I can't friggin wait.

I will be the first person to blare an AM radio station at intersections.

16. Here is where to find stations in your market, their ratings, etc.
http://www.rronline.com/Subscribers/ratings/homepage.htm

In Atlanta, I'm going after WCNN-AM. They have a .09 rating and finish four positions below a second sports talk station.

19. I have my fingers crossed.....but
Our Programs

We are not quite ready to unveil our programs just yet. Watch this space as we reinvent talk radio.

Programs will include fast-paced morning and afternoon “drive” magazine shows, personality-driven talk shows during midday and evenings, and insightful ninety second commentaries by noted business and political leaders, show business figures, journalists, sport idols, prominent authors, and social observers.

The part about "ninety second commentaries" bothers me a bit.. Compare that with HOUR AND HOURS AND HOURS of commentary from the "dark side" and I wonder.......

They could also leave out the show business ...sports idols...and business leaders..

We hear ENOUGH about/from them on EVERY OTHER station in tyhe world..

I had always hoped that this venture would be about "labor issues" from labor leaders and real people.....and give me a break, but I do not want to hear more from sports figures...Show business?? Turn on ANY station and we hear show business stuff :(

I will reserve judgement, but I want a station, where I don't have to wonder what time it is, and whether I missed "my" show.. I want one where I can tune in anytiime, and hear something akin to "our issues"..anytime I tune in...day or night..

you know...like the republican have clear channel...every where..everyday...any time....any place...:(

22. Hmm,might be like on Malloys old show...
Between segments he used to have Hightower on--maybe 90 seconds or more,I looked forward to them.

If they throw a few actors like Mike Ferrel or Martin Sheen in I can live with that, shows a broad range of Liberals. I don't think they meant they were going to do an E entertainment type of a spot,I think just commentary from all walks of life.

At least I hope thats what they mean....
