Great verbal moments in the Big Mel Movie Controversy

So far I've encountered two great alternate titles:

"Jesus Chainsaw Massacre"
(No particular link--it's making the rounds)

and the hilariously apt title of David Niewert's superb review:

"The Passion of Mad Max Beyond Braveheart"
(VERY highly recommended read)

I also liked Fantastic Planet's remark about the transitory nature of this idiotic and highly transitory phenom:

Otherwise, I think the stink is about as deserved as the hubbub over Janet's boobie. Next year at this time we won't even be talking about The Passion of the Christ. It'll come and go, like every other so-called "controversy" mass culture likes to use to distract itself from stuff like ballot tampering and institutionalized murder. "The Passion of the Christ" is the macarena of movie controversies.

I'll believe God worked within Mel with this movie when he donates all of his profits to charity.
