I don't get her -- she calls herself a liberal, but all she does is trash the left.

She calls herself bisexual, but then says she supports * and the "war on terra".

I don't know how she feels about *'s plan to deface the constitution -- she is really confusing.

1. Sounds like Camille Paglia...

It's so formulaic. I'm a liberal but I LOVE all Republicans and their causes! Isn't that just so SHOCKING? Aren't I just SO unique?

Look at me!

18. I saw the tail end of it and I heard her identify herself
as an Italian-American and I said to myself, "Ah-ha, THAT's why she sounds just like Paglia." Because I once read Paglia talking about her heritage and since I am half Italian-American too, it made sense to me why she seems like a woman-hater to me.

Don't anyone get offended at the stereotype, because not everyone is like this, but in my family there were strong gender sterotypes and the way I grew up, I can see why a woman might identify with men and dislike women and get a blame the victim mentality. Most of my siblings and I grew out of the whole thing and even my parents grew out of it, to some extent.

But this Tammy Bruce character does sound just like Paglia, very down on all women and all Democrats and very up on all men and Republicans.

democratic party since that time. What, she was politically active at say, age 5?

6. "far left has taken over "her""
"far left has taken over "her""

Clearly the FAR RIGHT has taken over the Democratic party since JFK, who was a hawk by the way.

You know something is off with this woman when she sings the praises of Dr. Laura. They have a mutual admiration society thing going on that escalates into double dueling orgasm at its pinnacle. :puke:

10. I don't get her
I don't get her either.

She claimed "isn't capitalism and hard work wonderful" after a list of Forbes' richest people was shown. Five of the top billionaires in the world are Wal-Mart heirs who inherited their stock from Sam Walton and his brother Bud.

Wal-Mart makes its money by buying and selling in bulk goods made by slave laborers in Communist China.

She made so many inane comments this morning I had to switch it off.

21. It Still Opened the Door
Edited on Fri Feb-27-04 07:22 PM by Crisco
The women they were abusing had the option to press individual charges (harrassment, etc) if they chose to do so. Apparently they didn't and Planned Parenthood and others were forced to find an indirect way of taking care of the matter.

When will we liberals learn that just about any tool that we can come up with against the RW can just as easily be turned around back at us in ways we least expect?

17. That must be...
why she is now "bi-sexual." When she had her own radio show
(instead of covering Larry Elder's vacations), she was exclusively
lesbian. Now that she is schmoozing with Ann Coulter ...?

20. Just another way for the media to put a 'liberal'
on for cable's vaunted 'fairness and balance'.

Maybe if Noam Chomsky would register as a Republican they would put him on all the cable pundit shows to argue with Democrats.

Just to maintain 'fairness and balance'.
