What happened on Stern's show?
I think it's obvious to us that the real reason why Clear Channel dropped them was his talk about Bush.

But... what did Clear Channel claim was their reason? What happened on the show that they used as their reason?

1. a caller used the 'n' word yesterday
when howard was interviewing rick salomon. Howard hung up on him, but the censors didn't cut the caller's remark... pretty stupid reasoning.

2. There is a long thread in LBN.
Aparently a caller said something unbelievably vulgar on the air. Stern should have known he had crossed the line when he challgenged Chimp, so in that respect it's his own fault.

Why wouldn't he have had the phone lines on a delay, or quick shut-off?
