7. just wait
it'll be the Clenis that did it, not him. He's conservative - it CAN'T be his fault. Clinton put his name on it and the Clenis mailed it.

8. story is here: NY Daily News
http://www.nydailynews.com/news/gossip/story/167632p-146553c.html

Whose byline is it, anyway?

Fox News star Bill O'Reilly hasn't made a friend of amNewYork's Alex Storozynski.

Storozynski, editor of the recently launched free daily, is accusing the host of the Fox News Channel's top-rated "The O'Reilly Factor" of televised plagiarism.

A Fox News spokesman yesterday dismissed Storozynski's complaints. "There is no plagiarism," Rob Zimmerman told Lowdown.

Storozynski enumerated his problems in a letter to O'Reilly after watching a Feb. 19 "Factor" segment on troubles with a charity fund to reopen the Statue of Liberty.

"You ran the piece without mentioning amNewYork, instead taking credit for the story yourself," Storozynski, a former member of the Daily News editorial board, wrote angrily. He claimed O'Reilly ripped off his Feb. 2 exclusive, which reported that although the fund was raising $40 million a year, officials were using the money for minor maintenance instead of the $7 million in repairs necessary to reopen the monument to the public.

11. Thanks for posting the clip!
And since when is stealing someone's story without attribution NOT plagiarism--oh, yeah, that's right-if Fox does it (or the Repugs do it), it's okay-no matter what it is. Funny riff by Olbermann too on the whole "Fair & Balanced" spiel.
