She showed her boob at the Superbowl intentionally to provoke public outrage, which would result in the FCC threatening to prosecute indecent or obscene broadcasters, which would cause Clear Channel Radio to abide by FCC standards by restricting its talk radio programming, all because Howard Stern has been planning for a month to criticize Bush on air today.

The caller who asked Howard about "ni**er chicks" smelling like watermelon was just a sideline to the ploy.
