1. And absolutely coincides with Einstein's quote::
"The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result.”

8. Ludicrous
Einstein: "The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result.”

So the spider that tried and tried and tried for Robert the Bruce was insane? As was King Robert?

Argument of this thread: take an aphorism and stretch it till it breaks then use it to make an ad hominen attack.

Brilliant.

2. So if he won't
He must be mad. Quite a scientific diagnosis. So he who believes what he is doing is the right thing and perseveres is mad. And he who bends with every breeze is not.

WOW! PROFOUND?

4. You are missing the point
think about 'can' and can't'. With can you have options - not so w/can't

6. bush* of all people saying Kerry is unqualified
because he changes his mind on very important subjects, given bush*'s outright lies on those same subjects is laughable. The line I posted would go with the old proverb, "Answer a fool as he deserves."

3. He matches Churchill's definition of a Fanatic
"He can't change his mind and won't change the subject".

5. This would make a wonderful campaign slogan for the Dems.
Especially in response to Bush's "both ways" campaing blitz.

7. I was thinking of bush*'s pathetic speech and his 'breaking news'
when he told the country he was proposing "the" constitutional amendment. Did you see the cowboy pic behind him? bush* is like a child. So much fodder to attack him with.
