More ancedotal evidence: Moderate, yet Bushevik Repub announces Dem Vote
for Pres in 2004.

Now, even though this guy is a moderate (and my dear friend), he has also been extremely susceptible to Bushevik/Rush/Hannity Pravda, taking it in and repeating it without any analysis or question.

On the other hand, he's a moderate who sometimes comes down on the Left of me on some issues (go figure)...but still a VERY loyal Republican.

Get-togethers have been strained lately (his wife is a freethinking Dem moderate, who has been ABB since before the term was invented) but ultimately cordial.

So, much to my surprise when I visited yesterday and the talk invariably turned to the State of the Empire, he casually announced, "One thing is sure, I won't be voting for Bush."

Both his Mrs. and myself were flabbergasted. The first either of us had heard THAT.

I know these anecdotal stories of hope told by others have lifted my spirits in the past.

Now that I have my own, it's time to pay it forward. Enjoy!

 :bounce: :-)

1. Pravda in English has done some good articles showing the
lies the administration is saying compared to what they are doing. They seem to be against Bush. They wrote once that the war in Afghanistan was a sham. Bush did not send in enough troops to take over Afghanistan completely. Just enough to throw out the government, take over the capital and protect the proposed pipeline.

2. Many other publications besides Pravda have done this, too
I have my suspicions about Pravda due to their disgraceful history.

But MANY have as throroughly and more credibly debunked Bushevik lies.

I dislike Busheviks and Bolsehviks equally.
