Look what my right wing Assembly Man is up to

Albany – A leading law-and-order Assembly Republican says it's high time New York made marijuana available for medicinal use.

Assemblyman Tom Kirwan, a former State Police lieutenant who is considered one of the most conservative members of his house, joined a growing number of Republicans yesterday in co-sponsoring a Democratic bill to legalize medicinal marijuana.

"If that's going to ease their pain, how can you be against it?" said Kirwan, R-C-Newburgh.

Kirwin is the second local right winger to support medical marijuana.

3. The other R-C Assemblyman Pat Manning
Had a family member AND a friend survive cancer. His mother survived, but battled with vomiting and had a difficult time through her recovery. His friend also recovered from cancer, but didn't suffer much in his recovery. He had access to the finest traditional medicines, but guess what he used?

because so many people make money off of it.

Consider how many people stand to lose incomes if drugs were legalized, if possession got you treatment rather than incarceration. Instead of the DEA we had a humanitarian government agency trusted with the job of rehabilitating drug users and getting their lives back in shape. The Department of Alcoholics and Drug Users Anonymous.
