Here is the link to what Bill O'Reilly exactly said about
Judge Warren in San Francisco and how he should have recused himself from the gay marriage license case because he is gay.

1. Judge Warren is gay?
 If that's true, so freaking what? I think all the DIVORCED judges should recuse themselves. After all, hasn't the right tried to frame the debate as how to save marriage?!

2. An interesting thing...

I just followed the NewsMax (way RW) link to their poll.
I chose Kerry (their only Dem choice), and it re-directed me to the Kerry site!

Boyz and Grrls, if NewsMax is going to do that, it is over for Bush.
They have been pimping hard for him, and it is almost inconcievable to me that they would have done this last year.

3. Quack Quack

Let's see how that fits this situation?

"It did not involve a lawsuit against Dick Cheney (Some gay person that I have a relationship with) as a private individual," Scalia Warren said in response to a question from the audience of about 600 people. "This was a government issue. It's acceptable practice to socialize with executive branch officials other homosexuals when there are not personal claims against them. That's all I'm going to say for now. Quack, quack."
