He said that the online form has been changed as of TODAY to remove the check box designating sexual preference discrimination to put in a federal complaint about workplace descrimination.

I didn't hear it all, who know the rest of this? If this is just happening today along with the amendment shit, we are really and truly being targeted!

There is no protection against sexual preference discrimination at the federal level for anyone other than federal government employees. The issue is that one of the offices responsible for protecting fed employees against discrimination just got a new boss who is a right wingnut GOP guy. He has removed all references to sexual orientation protection while he reviews the law to make sure they can actually punish anyone for discriminating that way.

If Bush wants a culture war, he's got one. Bring it on!

since I had just tuned in (quite late) that I couldn't figure out where to look.

This really is a very bad sign, coming on the same day as *s pro-discrimination amendment anouncement. Another signal to us and to his hardcore rw "christian" supporters what he REALLY intends.
