Play: Name that Bush Appointee.

Hi,

I'm researching Bush appointees and am trying to identify one in particular. I read about it on MWO a few months ago, but I forgot the name and the position of the appointment.

Clues are:

- I believe the appointee was for some very large defense organization -- something like the internal affairs department for the DoD comes to mind. In any case, it was an organization with a budget in the $100's of millions

- The appointment was to the top position within the organization

- The appointee was a woman who had worked both on Bush's campaign and worked to attack Clinton

- The appointee had no applicable experience. I believe she had something like a high school diploma and was a secretary for some Texas company before coming to work for Bush.
