On ABC This Week yesterday, a tape was played where Mel Gibson's father said how the Holocaust never happened.

There were six million Jews in Poland, he said, and after the war only 200,000... they just left, for the Bronx, to make money.

My jaw dropped. How does one react to something like that?

2. I must say...

I think we all have one of these kooks in each of our families. I had a great-uncle who I have seen like, 3 times in my life, and we were at my grandparents anniversary party, and out of the blue, he blurted out "The Jews are only useful when they are doing Math, otherwise, they are just mean as hell"...I was aghast, but this is the same guy, when referring to an african american friend of his sons, said "He is one of the good ones". I think it is safe to say, that Uncle Johnnie hates pretty much every ethnic group. The only thing acceptable to him is Southern Baptists. He considers catholics to be messengers of Satan, lol.
