Crystal Tiger Award - Princeton - Colin Powell

http://www.princeton.edu/pr/crystal/

2004 Award Recipient
The undergraduates of Princeton University are honored to recognize U.S. Secretary of State Colin L. Powell as the first recipient of the Crystal Tiger Award.

The Crystal Tiger Award is to be awarded each year by the undergraduates of Princeton University to an individual who has had a transformative impact on their lives. The award seeks to honor individuals who, throughout their careers, have been agents of progress -- leaders, thinkers, and creators who have, by their work and example, improved society and strengthened our values. The award is intended to recognize those who have demonstrated a strong commitment to enriching the human experience and who have inspired students at Princeton to pursue the same goal. The recipient is asked to spend time with students on campus and to deliver an address to the University community.

• Rishi Jaitly '04, student coordinator
• Jacqueline Perlman '05
