What does the law say about Transsexual Marriages?
Marriage is defined as between a man and a woman but what if someone is born with both a penis and a vagina? What does the law say about them? It seems to me that because this happens in nature this is indisputable proof that nature is not perfect as people can be born with both sexual organs. So if people can be born with both sexual organs then why can't they be born with the soul or hormones that are not associated with there sexual organs? In other words have the physical appearance of one sex but the soul of the other. I wonder why the ACLU or lawyers have not argued for Gay marriage using the example of Transsexuals who could be described as both mail and female. Anyone have any thoughts?

1. Because you run into the same problems....
Transsexuals would be viewed equally as an "abomination" a "freak of nature" and would not prove to do anything other than further the cause as proof for the radicals.

2. I think most states allow it.
Haven't most or many persons who have had 'the surgery' gotten remarried??

As for the legal strategy, remember: homosexuality has NOTHING to do with transexual circumstances; that is a popular stereotype, nothing more.

3. People with both sexual organs are NOT transsexuals
they are hermaphrodites.

Transsexuals/transgenders are people who alter their birth gender fro male to female or from female to male.

4. "Marriage" as defined by current laws
is limited to a religious viewpoint, as all the arguments against same-sex marriages have proven.

The government should keep its nose out of religious dogma and stick with the facts. It is not the government's place to condone or condemn marriages. It should recognize all civil unions provided they cause no injury (as would, say, a union between close relatives or an adult and a minor).

If churches wish to not recognize certain marriages or perform certain rites, it is their right. However, my personal opinion is that it the bigotry displayed by such churches magnifies their ignorance. Who wants to belong to an ignorant church?
