Our local news told of a mother of 7-month old twins being sent there for over a year.

3. I still don't understand why

the National Guard is fighting on foreign soil. Shouldn't they be guarding our nation? Who do we turn to if there is some natural disaster? Who do we turn to if there is a major riot? Will Canada send some troups down south to help us?
