Screw Mel Gibson and His Sick Crucifixion Bloodfest
He's a sick puppy.

The makers of this movie are actually marketing jewelry in the form of nails used to crucify Christ (saw this on CNN this morning)

I am sick and tired of religious zealots and their magic totems.

1. Mel as a kid
must have been beaten about the head one too many times by vicious nuns.

2. Should all the religious wing-nuts
be forced (as much as possible) to take their kids to this bloodfest? I would think that they would want to share the 'gospel' with their yung'uns.

4. As Mary Daly said,
patriarchal Christianity replaced the matriarchal tree of life with a corpse on two dead sticks.

Rules to start discussion threads in the General Discussion forum

1. If you start a thread in the General Discussion forum, you must present your opinion in a manner that is not inflammatory, which respects differences in opinion, and which is likely to lead to respectful discussion rather than flaming. Some examples of things which should generally be avoided are: unnecessarily hot rhetoric, nicknames for prominent Democrats or their supporters, broad-brush statements about groups of people, single-sentence "drive-by" thread topics, etc.

Please continue in one of the current Mel Gibson/Passion threads.

Thank you.
