Anybody know anything about the Louisiana 3rd?

I know that Billy Tauzin resigned to become a lobbyist which probably pissed off his constituents but I'm not sure if the district is very heavily Republican.

the third district doesn't cover New Orleans and the majority (populous part) of Jefferson Parish. I'm in Jefferson, and in the first district, which is also up this year, but it's solidly Republican. The third district leans Republican.

Douche Bag David Vitter got re-elected with like 98% or something crazy last time. When he first got elected it was between him and another Republican. But I think we might be able to pick up the third district considering Tauzin who had a ton of seniority, retired in the middle of a congressional term to take a lobbyist job when he had promised to stay out his term and run for re-election one more time.
