I mean, what does an "honorable discharge" mean if you're going to "Honorably Discharge" someone who was court-martialed. :crazy:

7. My father in law....

was in the national guard in NY and he went AWOL and was written up for fighting with another officer (too long of a story to discuss here) and got an "honorable discharge." It means nothing. He told me they give people "honorable discharges" to get people out of their hair and out of the Guard!
