Called in while Krystol was on - Mentioned 9/11 Commission, Intelligence Commission, Judge Silberman & Erk Estrada, Bush AWOL-our soldiers being sent to jail for that. Mr. bush saying everyday "my job is to keep America safe" - said it's too late, we already have over 3,000 American citizens and 700 soldiers dead. This happened on bush watch - too late for you to keep America safe.

Was really nervous this morning because C-span really gave me the 3rd degree about the last time I called - it had been over 30 days (I think) but I ended up talking to 2 people before I got on the air. They said they're trying to stop people from calling every days - good catch though on "Erik" though and yeah I do know his name - well.

dialing the minute they said he would be on next. He said bush served honorably, didn't cover Silberman - felt our country was safer. He has a new book out.

I was half-listening (as usual) while I was doing other things, but your "it's too late" comment caught my ear, and I thought to myself, "so true." Neatly done.

And I'd rather have Erik than Miguel on the Court of Appeals, anyway. :-)
